| Grape growing |
| Our grapes are estate grown or produced in the Barossa Valley by premium growers. We think the grape grower is an important part of the process and we think of them as part of our team. |

| Wine making |
| All our wines are hand made using age old techniques. We do all our own crushing, fermenting and fortifying. Our winery is fully equiped to produce premium table and fortified wines. |

| Ageing and storage |
| The wine is stored in a range of vessels from Stainless tanks through to oak barrels. |
| Oak barrels range from French to American and in sizes from quarter casks and hogsheads to puncheons. | |

Bottling
Wine is estate bottled and packaged. We bottle a range of wines in varoius sizes all under cork.
